Flex Interconnect Technologies relocates to New Facility
March 1, 2004 - Flex Interconnect Technologies (FIT), Inc. has expanded to a new 15,000 sf facility. This state of the art facility will support the growing customer base and strategic partners. 

Dean Matsuo, Vice President stated, "Flex Interconnect has been growing on an average 60% per year over the last 5 years. The new facility and equipment as well as new hires will help us increase our capacity three-fold. It will also allow us to support the quickturn prototype as well as production needs of our customers."

Flex Interconnect Technologies Updates Website

September 23, 2002 - Flex Interconnect Technologies (FIT), Inc. has updated their website to include more information about the company. Among the new features of the website, the notable ones are "Tech-Notes" - a technical bulletin section which gets updated periodically with useful information, and a list of FIT representatives.

Flex Interconnect Technologies Donates 5% of September Revenue
October 5, 2001 - Flex Interconnect Technologies (FIT), Inc. has donated 5% of it's September sales revenue to the September 11th Fund to help the victims, families and communities affected by the terrorist attack.

Flex Interconnect Technologies Builds Multilayer Flex With Embedded Passives
September 31, 2001 - Flex Interconnect Technologies (FIT), Inc. announced that they are the first flexible printed circuit producer in United States to build staggered multilayer flex circuit using thin embedded capacitance material.

Flex Interconnect Technologies Expands Facility
July 2, 2001 - Flex Interconnect Technologies (FIT), Inc. announced that they have added 2000 sf to their existing facility. 
Dean Matsuo, Vice President stated, "The added expansion will allow us to bring increase our capacity and certain processes in-house to reduce the cost of operation."

Flex Interconnect Technologies Receives UL Recognition
November 1, 2000 - Flex Interconnect Technologies (FIT), Inc. announced that they have received approval from Underwriters Laboratory to certify its Single sided, Double sided and Multilayer flex circuit products to flammability rating of 94-V0.

Flex Interconnect Technologies announces New Management Addition
June 30, 2000 - Flex Interconnect Technologies (FIT) has appointed Mr. Yaqub Obaidi as Engineering Manager. Mr. Obaidi's primary responsibilities will be to develop a strong engineering team to support our customer's needs.
He brings 19 years of experience in the PCB industry. Mr. Obaidi had most recently held engineering position at HADCO Corporation. His Mechanical Engineering and PCB Design background, as well as knowledge of Flex technology will be a great resource for the customers.

Dean Matsuo brings with him a background in Quality as well as Manufacturing of flex circuits. He previously held the position as Director of Quality at Lenthor Engineering. He blends the philosophy of Total Quality Management (TQM) with ISO standards compliance and will spearhead the entire operation at FIT.
